Description
Blockprint was a student newspaper published throughout the 1950s-60s. The Mar. 24th issue highlights the appointment of Robert H. Miller as Programming and Admissions Officer, Four Industrial Design students awarded in competition, Fine Arts Society to Screen "The Exiles" and "Occurence at Owl Creek Bridge", Rudolf Arnheim lecture, Trip Planned to Hampton Institute for racial understanding programs, review of One Benfefit exhibition, Junior and Senior Symposium to be held, RISD Mixer, film review of "Knife in the Water", RISD featured on "The World Around Us" with fashion show for the special needs children, along with other opinion pieces, editorials, and creative writing.
