Description
Blockprint was a student newspaper published throughout the 1950s-60s. The Mar. 17th issue reports on the upcoming Carl Koch lecture, a Michael Frimkess lecture, Fine Arts Society to host Membership Drive, Film Society to screen "Life Boat", VA Hospital asks RISD students for support, alumni seminar to be held, Apparel student attends Givenchy apprenticeship, Judy Dougan wins second award, "Master Drawings for the Museum's Collection" exhibition to open, Designers in Drama to put on "For Spacious Skies", "A Resounding Tinkle", and "Purgatory", along with other opinion pieces, editorials, and creative writing.
