Description
Blockprint was a student newspaper published throughout the 1950s-60s. The March 25, 1968 issue features articles on a Jimi Hendrix Experience concert at Brown, a convocation with Reverend William Sloane Coffin, a Black Power teach-in with Black artist Dana Chandler, an exhibition of RISD Professor Tom Segouros' work, a project by senior Architecture students, a disappointing Photography exhibition, Trinity Square Repertory Theatre, musical group Country Joe and the Fish, the superiority of the RISD foundry, and a poetry reading by James Dickey, along with other opinion pieces, editorials, and creative writing.
