Description
RISD press was a student newspaper published weekly in the early 1970s, a self-described attempt at consolidating all the information outlets of the school, including the previous student newspaper, Montage. The issue of January 27, 1978 includes articles on a recent Student Facilities Planning Committee meeting, a Student Board meeting, an exhibition at Woods-Gerry, a student experience trying to paint in the RISD Museum, the Yearbook Event, the new Architecture building, an Architecture exhibition at Woods-Gerry, the Nads, and a new Brown-RISD Hillel project, along with a comic by RISD Professor Art Wood, event notices and other announcements.
