On was an interdisciplinary graduate periodical established by RISD graduate students in 2006. It featured essays and student work that related to a general issue theme. On was intended as a quarterly publication, but it is unclear if further issues beyond the first were ever published.

The thesis work of 225 students completing graduate degrees at Rhode Island School of Design (RISD) will be on display in RISD’s 2016 Graduate Thesis Exhibition at the Rhode Island Convention Center from May 27 – June 4, 2016. The exhibition includes work by graduate students in Architecture, Ceramics, Digital + Media, Furniture Design, Glass, Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Interior Architecture, Jewelry + Metalsmithing, Landscape Architecture, Painting, Photography, Printmaking, Sculpture, Textiles and Teaching + Learning in Art + Design.
The exhibition, located in Hall A of the Convention Center in downcity Providence is free and open to the public daily from 12–5 pm (10 am–6 pm on June 4, the day of RISD’s Commencement), with a public opening reception on May 26 from 6–8 pm.
