Description
RISD press was a student newspaper published weekly in the early 1970s, a self-described attempt at consolidating all the information outlets of the school, including the previous student newspaper, Montage. The issue of November 30, 1973 had an article about the Graphic Design department. Also there was an article about the elections of the RISD student board with the hope that communication would improve between the students and faculty. There were reviews of John Udvary's show at Woods Gerry and Mahler Ryder's show at the Whitney. Recipes, comics, poems, photographs and events for RISD students were also included.
