Description
Blockprint was a student newspaper published throughout the 1950s-60s. The April 29, 1964 issue features articles on the resignation of David Giles Carter from the RISD Museum, the Board of Trustees approving RISD's budget, Paul's Crystal Tap, the World's Fair, job hunting advice, Richard Wilbur speaking at commencement, a lecture by Louis Sauer and Richard Watson, a lecture on contemporary painting, Roger Williams Park, student life, student club news, and various lectures and events around campus; editorials, opinion columns, and creative writing.
