Description
Penny Dreadful Commission was a student organization that wanted to "demonstrate the range and expressive power of comic art by presenting a varied collection of work." Issue No. 2 is dated February 1, 1989 and features a front cover by Martin Brown, a back cover by James Tost, a color insert by Erik Johnson, and the comics "Words and Pictures" by Jason Lutes, "Gallopin' Goosefeathers" by Mark Borok, "Average Joe" by Mike Foran, "Joe Bob and the Babe" and "Shoeless Joe and Earl Look at Art" by Jake [Austen], "Mr. Livedog" by Joe Fullerton, "Crosstown Traffic" by Adam Gould, "8-Ball" by Greg Benton, "No. 2 and I Was Small" by Brian Morgan, "Alexander and Daniel" by Alexander Stadler, "The 14th Floor" by Kristin L.
