Laura Gioeni

Laura Gioeni is an architect, philosopher, independent researcher and lecturer. She initially trained at the School of Mimodrama in Milan, experiencing Jacques Lecoq’s theatrical pedagogy, then graduated cum laude in both Architecture and Philosophy. She worked as architect, in the field of architec-tural design and adaptive reuse, and as adjunct professor at the Polytechnic of Milan. In 2017 she received the Italian National Scientific Qualification as associate professor in Architectural Design. Author of various books and essays, she is currently a secondary school teacher, engaged in theoreti-cal research on the philosophy of architecture and in promot-ing mimodynamic methods in architectural education.
