With as much history that we know has occurred on Turtle Island since 1492, the heartaches, sorrows, and also the joy filled moments of community and resilience, so much of our history has gone untold or become forgotten. In considering the time since Columbus landed in the Bahamas and the accumulation of Indigenous histories that have gone untold since then, this piece seeks to visualize the lunar years and their passing seasons within that have occurred since 1492.
