Description

Architect Hugh Hardy, Honorary Degree RISD '98, discussed the state of architecture education in 1954 as well as critiquing several buildings including several his projects. Among them the Getty Center, the Rainbow Bridge, the Brooklyn Academy of Music, and the New York City 42nd Street theater district. He described restoration as an act of interpretation using several of his projects as examples.
