Description
Raising my two daughters to be strong, kind, confident womxn is my highest purpose, but, who I am is so much more than "just" a Mom. I'm also a loving wife, a helpful daughter, a sister who listens, a friend who loves to laugh, a leader, a lifelong learner, a creative artist, and a compassionate advocate. I am multifaceted.
Being a nurturing Mom makes me more understanding and supportive of my team and their needs. Being creative makes it easy for me to embrace new ideas and value the opinions of my coworkers. Advocating for others through my volunteer work allows me to empathize with students and help them succeed at RISD and beyond.
Of all that I am, I believe that being a Mom is my most powerful asset. It continues to bring added value to ALL aspects of my life, but especially my work here at RISD.
