Magazine Covers from the RISD Picture Collection. These covers are filed as examples of illustration and cover design at the turn of the twentieth century, and have been acquired over time through donations. The Picture Collection is largely built through donations of magazines and clipping collections, intended for dissection and disbursement among the image files. Most of these covers are laminated and are part of the circulating collection.
