The Atomium TubeSpace Model replicates the main geometric pattern on the spheres but omits the detailed gridding of the skin in order to highlight the underlying symmetries. It contains the full set of great circles and all vertices of the octahedral symmetry group (in double lines) accompanied by an embedded cuboctahedron (in single lines).
