A Vessel for color explores how creation functions as a reflection of our myriad experiences, emotions and existences. To create is to make a vessel for something we long for, and color is key to its creation.

The “vessels” of the exhibition–the individual pieces–take up various forms of painting, textile, and sculpture. Whether through melancholic palettes, vibrant hues or the absence of color all together, each piece in this exhibit speaks to the power of chromatic expression.
