Student Narrative
This is a one year long chair collection project. Most of the images are taken at Anshanqicun in Shanghai, where I lived last year. These streets are separated from the modern highrise area in the city, and they retained a pure life style. The chairs have a special connection with the citizens. The chairs are more than the sub-center of the social interaction. They not only filled the social interaction blank in the community, but also projected the pattern of human activities.
