Printed on various sized and color papers, in red, black, blue and other color inks. Hand-sewn in tan paper wrappers. Inscribed: For James F. Hollygabbers, with unnecessary special attentions from his pen, [draw heart shape], Walter (the) H. This copy is not numbered.
