Emma Conley presented on behalf of the Center for Genomic Gastronomy. The Center for Genomic Gastronomy is an artist-led organization exploring the development of biotechnologies and biodiversity of human food systems. Collaborating with farmers, hackers, scientists and chefs, the organization presents its work via exhibitions, research publications, meals and lectures. The Center has exhibited its work globally, including at the Science Gallery Dublin, Dutch Design Week and MAAT Museum, among others.
