Description

This report of the Community Art Project discussed that the spaces had gone up from 12 from the previous year to 16 for this year. Other things went smoothly with the exception of the week after the hurricane in September 1938. The roads were in bad shape. It was discussed that there was a need for a full time person to continue the work of the Community Art Project.
