Description
Mixed Media began as the student publication Your Name Here. The March 2, 2003 issue includes articles on the lack of underclassmen working on Mixed Media, RISD's ignorance of the Black community, water consumption at RISD, abortion, a student visit to Cappadocia in Turkey, RISD-Brown Hillel activities, the passing of RISD janitor Mel Bruins, student opinions on life at RISD, film and music reviews, and the Chace Center construction project, along with the comics "Juan Two Three" by Juan Diaz, "Atlas and the Beast from Time Forgotten," "The Incredible Tales of Roger: Deep Space Janitor" by Browne, [David Bowie comic] by Chandler O'Leary, "A Beary Fishy Day" by Roger, "Freedom" by Neil Robinson, "Stuff of Dreams" by Andrew Kaiko, event notices, and other announcements.
