Description
Mixed Media began as the student publication Your Name Here. The November 24, 2002 issue includes articles on a student's experience creating digital art, interviews with RISD and Brown students, a volunteering experience at a preschool in Brooklyn, community service opportunities, the lack of scary villains in contemporary children's films, film and music reviews, along with the comic "Juan Two Three" by Juan Diaz, "Speed Limit 666" by Paolo Rivera, "Idle/" by R. Kikuo Johnson, "Atlas and the Beast from Time Forgotten," "Cottontail" by Jen Rolfsema, "Bass Turds" by Adam Sacks, "Stuff of Dreams" by Andrew Kaiko, advice columns, event notices, and other announcements.
