Description
Mixed Media began as the student publication Your Name Here. The November 2, 2000 issue includes articles on campus safety, a forum on student safety following last year's rape, how to find a job after graduating, Halloween, a new women's art space in Olneyville "The Hive Archive," the closing of Fort Thunder, a proposition to turn the South Street Power Plant into he Heritage Harbor Museum, RISD alum Alex Ostroy's work in digital art, and a Brown production of the plan "Moon Under Miami," along with the comics "Classic T.E. Nailsworth," "Parent and Alumni Weekend" by Alex Stevovich, "Halloween's Day Off" by Ethan, "Inadvertebrate" by Heino, and "The Tealuxe Avengers" by Sarah Dungan, event notices, and other announcements.
