Description
RISD press was a student newspaper published weekly in the early 1970s, a self-described attempt at consolidating all the information outlets of the school, including the previous student newspaper, Montage. The issue of February 3, 1978 includes articles on the need for a student union facility, space usage at RISD, a Student Board meeting, a conversation with Ed Czabolski, memories of deceased faculty member George Sullivan, RISD Museum guards, an Illustration department meeting, the Nads, a trip to the Bronx Developmental Center, and student profiles, along with student creative work, event notices, and other announcements.
