Description

Blockprint was a student magazine published throughout the 1950s-60s. The October 7, 1968 issue features articles on politics and the upcoming Presidential election, a lecture at Brown by Socialist Workers Party Presidential candidate Fred Halstead, proposed renovations to 312 South Main Street, a new collection of Che Guevara's writings, the Rhode Island State Police, a meeting of the Students for Peace and Freedom, a meeting of the "Brown-Pembroke Committee to Save Biafra," teenagers portrayed in cinema and the film East of Eden, and other events and notices.
