Description
RISD Voice was a long-running student newspaper that ran through the 1980s. This issue, dated October 25, 1989, includes the text of a speech by Frank Chow on RISD identity and community, profiles of staff associated with Residence Life, articles on racism, personal safety around campus and Providence, a harsh critique from a department head, and a controversial decision to determine which music is played at the Tap Room, along with book reviews, editorials, comics, notices, and advertisements.
