Description
RISD press was a student newspaper published weekly in the early 1970s, a self-described attempt at consolidating all the information outlets of the school, including the previous student newspaper, Montage. The issue of April 29, 1977 includes articles on budget cuts to the painting department, a Student Board meeting, and the RISD softball team, along with a (satirical?) interview of an alumnus working for the RAND corporation, letters to the editor, student creative writing, comics and illustrations, event notices, and other announcements.
