Description
RISD press was a student newspaper published weekly in the early 1970s, a self-described attempt at consolidating all the information outlets of the school, including the previous student newspaper, Montage. The issue of March 25, 1977 includes articles on a freshman's perspective on RISD, criticisms of the administration and Lee Hall, centennial celebrations at RISD, student solidarity in light of issues at RISD, the opening of the art gallery at Brown's Sarah Doyle Women's Center, William Wordsworth, the termination of Ceramics professor Norm Schulman, and lost books at the RISD Library, along with letters to the editor, and other announcements.
