Correspondence dated March 1, 1941 to Robert Lester of the Carnegie Corporation of New York from James P. Adams, Vice President of Brown University. Both RISD and Brown University gave $200.00 towards the Community Art Project for fiscal year of 1939-1940. They will both need to give $500.00 for the fiscal year of 1940-1941. The Community Art Program is a significant contribution to the community and expressed deep appreciation to the Carnegie Corporation.
