Christina Bertoni, Professor, Foundation Studies, was among six ACP Davis Fellows, who each spent eight months in AY 2013–14 developing a research question, designing inquiries, applying them in their spring courses, and assessing student learning outcomes. For more than a decade, Chris integrated walking into her Foundation courses. Her research sought to discover the pedagogic effects of this practice for students both in her courses and over the long term.
