Description
The Calendar of Art Events of February 1940 includes an article entitled "The Neighborhood Guild of Peace Dale", which is a village in South Kingstown, RI. Plays, concerts, art exhibitions and radio programs that took place in Providence were also mentioned. Art exhibitions in Massachusetts and the Museum of Modern Art in New York also were included.
